Build recruitment budget plan for the scale of recruitment in Media &
advertising field
Take main responsibility of hunting senior/manager vacancy that
ordered directly by Chief of division
Setup the talent pool for VCCorp, taking main responsibility with all high
level vacancies
Expand networks and intensive search on the online community (
Facebook, Linkedin, Recruitment channels, hunting...)
Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are
efficient
Provide advices to both manager and candidates on salary base,
training and career progression, project personnel structure buiding.
Build recruitment budget plan for the scale of recruitment in Digital &
advertising field
Setup the candidate database and recruitment system (scorecard,
referral policy, all recruitment activities...), focus on Hunting skill
Ensure the recruitment tasks for digital job group and consulting to
manager about market salary range, candidate's ability
Take in charge Employer branding activities on social network and offline
events (Facebook, Linkedin, Recruitment channels, hunting, university
relationship, company tours...)
Manage TA team (4 members included) and have main responsibility in
all Talent acquisition activities
Recruitment: Take all responsibility in all strategy, plan, policy and
activities of Fintech and Big Data employees recruiting field from
estimate and analyse human resources demand/ talent acquisition
activity budget, build recruiting channels and candidate caring channels,
ensure recruitment effect
Employer branding: Take in charge all activities of Employer branding
(such as :building employer branding channel: Facebook, linkedin,
referral policies,... and activities as recruitment event, university
networking,...
Candidate experiences: Analyse all touch points on candidate journey;
define fluctuating points, then giving policy/programs to make those
points smoother
Data and report: Build the talent pool, recruitment channel
administration, recruitment report system. Reporting all recruitment data
and situation frequently
